Yes — free of charge for any order. Tell us at inquiry or at the counter what you'd like written and we'll handwrite it on a heavy-card insert that slips into the lid.
Yes. for cycle-courier delivery anywhere inside the Amsterdam ring road. Flat fee (by inquiry); live tracking included.
Yes. From 24 units we offer custom embossing, foil prints, monogrammed lids and bespoke flavour cards. Lead time is 10 working days for orders up to 100 units, longer for larger runs.
Our courier will attempt a second delivery the same evening, then re-deliver the next morning. We never leave chocolate on a doorstep in the sun.
Yes. EU delivery takes 1–3 working days. We schedule the dispatch around the recipient's expected delivery date so the chocolate doesn't sit in a depot over a weekend.
